MULTI-LOCATION GROWTH
One Brand. Different Markets.
Every location has its own Google profile, its own reviews and its own street. We market all of them as one team, and fix what’s holding each one back.

SAME BRAND. DIFFERENT STREET.
Location A Is Full. Location B Isn’t.
Same menu. Same recipes. Same training. Different results. These are the questions we hear from owners with more than one location.

01The question
“Why is one location busy and the other one isn’t?”
Our answerUsually it isn’t the food. It’s how each one shows up nearby: the profile, the photos, the reviews, the hours. We check every location on its own.

02The question
“Do I need a different agency for each location?”
Our answerNo. One team, one plan, one calendar. Each location still gets its own local work.

03The question
“Will it start to feel like a chain?”
Our answerNot if the local parts stay local. The brand stays the same. The photos, posts and replies sound like the neighborhood.

04The question
“Who answers all these reviews?”
Our answerWe do, in your voice, within a day. Anything sensitive goes to you or the GM first.
WHAT STAYS, WHAT CHANGES
Same Everywhere. Different at Each Location.
Some things should never change from one location to the next. Others should never be copy-pasted.

Running different concepts?

Don’t Average Away the Problem.
A group total can look fine while one store slips. We look at every location on its own, then decide where the next dollar and the next hour go.
YOUR MANAGERS
Your Managers Run the Floor. We Run the Marketing.
Your GMs know their neighborhood best. They don’t have time to do marketing. We ask for a little and take the rest.
What we ask from each GM
- A few photos when something’s new
- Local events and regulars worth knowing about
- A quick yes on posts and offers
- A heads-up when something goes wrong
What we take off their plate
- Profile updates and holiday hours
- Review replies
- Posts and stories
- Ads and creators
- The monthly report

GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently Asked Questions
How many locations do you work with?
Two or more locations of the same concept. If your locations run different concepts, see Restaurant Groups.
Do you manage each location’s Google profile?
Yes. Each location keeps its own profile, in your name. Under 10 locations, Google verifies them one at a time, and we handle that with you.
Should each location have its own Instagram?
Only if it has its own local following and someone to show up there. Most groups do better with one brand account, location posts and a strong Google profile for each location.
Who answers the reviews, and how fast?
We reply within a day, in your voice. Anything about safety, refunds or staff goes to you or the GM before we reply.
Can you show results for each location?
Yes. The monthly report has a row per location: search, calls, directions, reviews and what we do next.
How much work is this for my managers?
Not much. Photos when something’s new, local events and quick approvals. We handle the rest.
Can we start with one or two locations?
Yes. Many owners start where the problem is and add the rest once they’ve seen the report.
We’re opening another location. When should we start?
About 90 days before opening, so the profile and page are ready on day one. See Restaurant Launch Marketing.
