Is joining free?

Yes. There's no fee to submit your creator profile.

What happens after I join?

We look at your profile and reply within 5 business days. If it's a fit, we'll ask a few quick questions about what you make, how you like to work and your other accounts.

Do I need a big following?

No. We look at content quality, audience fit and local relevance, not follower count alone.

How and when do I get paid?

Paid briefs list the fee and the payment terms in writing before you start. Hosted visits are arranged with the business before you go.

How can the business use my content?

The brief says where your content can be used and for how long. Using it in ads is always agreed separately.

Do hosted visits need a post or a review?

A hosted visit comes with the posts agreed in the brief, nothing more. We never ask you for a Google or Yelp review.

How do I show it’s a collaboration?

Use the platform's paid-partnership label or #ad, as the FTC asks. The brief tells you which.

Can I join if my city isn't listed?

Yes. We're building the network in more cities.

Can I join in Chinese?

Does joining guarantee work?
