FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a campaign and regular posting?

Regular posting keeps you visible every week. A campaign is built around one date or moment, with a clear offer or story, and runs across several channels at once so people have a reason to come in now.

How far ahead do you plan campaigns?

Campaigns that need printed pieces or creator visits are planned once a quarter. Most go live two to four weeks before the date, a little earlier for big dining days like Mother’s Day.

Which holidays and events do you plan around?

The major dining holidays first, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and the year-end holidays. We add the holidays your customers celebrate, such as Lunar New Year, Cinco de Mayo or Diwali, plus local events like games, festivals and graduations.

Do you only plan the campaign, or run it too?

Both. We plan the idea and design the creative, then run it with the services it needs: creators, paid ads, social content, in-store print and review follow-up.

Do I need a big budget for a campaign?

No. The size of a campaign follows your goal and budget. Our free Restaurant Marketing Budget Planner can help you see what a budget could cover.

Can you come up with ideas that fit our restaurant?

Yes. We start with your neighborhood, menu and slow hours, then design something your staff can run on a normal shift. Every idea comes with its setup time, staff work and cost.

How do you measure a campaign?

Each campaign has a goal set before launch, such as bookings, redemptions, reach or new reviews. After it ends, we compare the result with the goal and decide what to keep, change, test or stop.

Can PandaPath tell exactly which marketing channel caused a sale?

Not always. Attribution depends on the customer journey, tracking, platform limitations, and data quality. We separate observed signals from assumptions rather than presenting uncertain attribution as fact.
