FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a brand identity take?

About four to six weeks for a full identity. A refresh takes about two to three weeks. A single menu or package takes one to two weeks once the content is final.

What do I receive?

A logo set (primary, icon and one-color), colors and type, a brand guide with a one-page version for staff and print shops, plus the menus, packaging, signage, table tents, social templates and campaign creative in your scope. Print-ready and web files are included.

Can you refresh our brand without changing the logo?

Yes. We keep your logo and rebuild the colors, type, photo style, menu and templates around it.

Can you design just a menu or packaging?

Yes. Single projects are built around your existing brand so everything still matches.

Who owns the files?

You do. After final payment, you receive every final file, including source files (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG) and Canva templates.

Can you work with our existing logo?

Yes. We rebuild it as a clean vector file and suggest small fixes only if they help it read better on signs and screens.

Can you also make our campaign and social creative?

Yes. The same team runs social, ads, creators and campaigns, so the brand carries straight into what you post and print.

How much does branding cost?

It depends on the scope. A full identity, a refresh and a single menu are quoted differently. Tell us what you need and we’ll send a clear quote.
